In 2 Timothy 2:12 the Apostle Paul tells Timothy to “be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.”
Also, in Hebrews 10:19-25, the writer being confident of what Jesus has done for us instructs Christians to “draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith”, and “to hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” The writer goes on to encourage believers to continue to meet with each other as they encourage and spur one another on in doing good deeds.
